Our clothes are printed when you order. Every item is made for you. Here is how we handle problems.
If we got it wrong
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us at dollynation928@gmail.com within 30 days and send a photo. We will make it right — a free reprint or your money back.
Wrong size
If you ordered the wrong size, email us. We will help where we can. Because your item was printed just for you, we cannot promise a free replacement for a size mistake.
Digital books and audiobooks
If your file will not download or will not play, email us. We will fix it or refund you.
Paperback books
If your book arrives damaged, email us a photo within 30 days. We will replace it or refund you.
Refunds go back to the same way you paid.
